How do you manage stress?

Good morning from somewhere in the Atlantic. I gained another hour today, I don’t know that I’ll get back into a regular sleep pattern anytime in the near future but luckily there is coffee.
As for stress management – I don’t always handle stress gracefully. When something is weighing on me, I can get quiet and retreat into my own head. My thoughts start circling, and anxiety can turn one worry into several before I know it.
I take medication to help manage my anxiety, and I’ve also learned a few ways to work through stressful moments. Talking things out can help, if I’m willing to share what’s going on. That part can be difficult because I often worry about bothering someone. Sometimes that thought adds another layer of stress right when I could use a little support.
Over time, I’ve gotten better at breaking a problem down into smaller pieces. When everything feels tangled or too big to handle, I try to look at it one part at a time. Depending on the situation, I might write the pieces down or sort through them in my head. If I can’t figure something out on my own, I’ll bring someone else in.
I’m still learning what works for me. I don’t have a perfect formula, and I can still get caught in a spiral. But breaking things down and letting someone help when I need it gives me a way forward, one manageable piece at a time.
What about you? Any tips?
